What’s your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change! Orders canceled less than 48 hours before delivery date will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling to a new delivery date will incur an additional $50 fee.
Where do you deliver?
We offer free delivery within 5 miles of 880 W Peachtree St NW, Atlanta, GA 30309. You can choose Uber package delivery or self-pick-up if it is over 5 miles away.
How long do the flowers last?
Our flowers are carefully selected and arranged to ensure maximum freshness and longevity. Typically, our arrangements can last anywhere from 3 to 10 days with proper care, depending on the types of flowers and the new environment they are in. This includes keeping them in a cool environment, changing the water regularly, and trimming the stems every few days. By following these simple steps, you can enjoy the beauty and elegance of our flowers for as long as possible.
How do we keep the flowers when we receive them?
Upon receiving your flowers, place them in a vase or fill the container with water to the top, depending on the type of flowers. We recommend keeping the flowers out of direct sunlight, changing the water daily, and removing any wilted stems (each flower has its own lifespan). This will ensure clean water and keep your flowers happy! We will also provide flower care instructions cards with detailed guidance on how to maintain them.
